Summary
The conference room is well over capacity with high-ranking officers and troopers. Many of them stand in small groups, or bend down near someone who's managed to grab a seat, and despite the military uniforms and impressive ranks present the atmosphere has a restrained casualness to it, more like students waiting for a teacher than an official meeting.
Or: a somewhat impromptu lecture on how to coach newly-awakened Force-sensitives.
