but most look at the kill with pride at their First, An Achievement.Not with Numblessness, Not with the Realization you've just lost something Invaluable, Not with something you cant take back no matter what the consequences were if you could.
Grimmel remembered, He remembered the feeling of what felt like his very soul drain from his body the moment his sword was sliced into the Beasts Neck. He Remembered the Cold, Void in his Chest, the... Numbness to the realization that he had just set out a future he hadn't realized he didn't want. The Night Fury's blood staining the forest dirt, the pleading eyes he had looked into before looking away and plunging the bloodied sword into head. Those eyes are now glossy and foggy, like a taxidermized deer.Grimmel the Grisly wasn't going to be "The Grisly" originally, just like With Stoick the Vast or the Vindictive, It was Grimmel The Grisly or the Soulless.
