For some stupid, stupid reason, he nods instead of saying what he’s thinking. He wants to stop, but can't say it. He just wants to make Cas happy.
Cas smiles, the expression heated. He has no ability to know of the hunter’s discomfort unless Dean says something—and, unfortunately, Dean won’t.
