Summary
Ponk knows so little about how life is supposed to work, and he knows so much about how it doesn't. All the running he has done has tired his legs to the point he no longer knows how to use them. The only feeling left to him is that of wet grass tickling his ankles. Ponk silently hopes that whatever this new server- this new home- has in store for him, will allow him to breathe for a bit, to feel safe. Maybe he will even find friends along the way.
Now, when Ponk gets scared, he goes to his safe place. Or, what's left of it. This safe place is as old as he is, and clearly just as broken and misshapen as him and everyone else who used to go there. He wanted to feel safe, but instead he got to go on a trip down memory lane, to the good times. The safe times. Because this isn't his safe place anymore, but rather somewhere where he can imagine it still is.
Or: Ponk walks into the Dream SMP in hopes of a new life. Here are the four times Ponk made new friends, and the one time he takes time to question where everything went wrong.

Minato could not believe his luck. On one hand, it must be ridiculously good. After all, Senju Tsunade, the best doctor and iryō-nin in the world, just walked back through Konoha's gates. With her apprentice, the poison mistress, Katō Shizune. Stating that she was returning full time and taking charge of the medical corps and hospital. This is great! The chūnin exams are right around the corner and are being hosted in Konoha.
But on the other hand…
She returned with a third person. Teenager. Child. Pre-teen.
She’s 13-years-old.
Has Tsunade’s temper, her forehead, eye shape, and posture down to a ‘T’. Tsunade doesn’t need to tell him who she is. He watched the girl practice in the Senju compound and saw her grow a tree.
Senju Tsunade returned to Konoha after nearly decades and brought a never before seen or known daughter.
He doesn’t feel lucky anymore.

Very inconveniently, Kei Tsukishima discovers that he doesn't remember what his best friend's freckles feel like, and worse, that said best friend means more to him than initially thought. He hopes to gather his bearings in the upcoming training camp and come up with a course of action. On his part, Tadashi Yamaguchi discovers that *his* best-friend-turned-hopeless-crush needs some sort of help, but he can't for the life of him understand what that help is, and how to give it. And as it goes, Shouyou Hinata and Hitoka Yachi decide that *their* friend deserves better.
