Lance starred at the food in front of him—or at least he thinks its food. It might just be sledge that fell underneath the oven and was scraped up into a plate.
With an unfamiliar bashfulness, Keith asked, “Do you like it?” His eyes having a rare vulnerability in them. Not like the usual confidence, go into everything first look he wore, but now something more unsure and anxious.
And would Lance be the biggest asshole of a boyfriend on the planet if he destroyed what little confidence Keith had at the moment.
Smiling unsteadily, Lance poked at the pasta, he thinks it’s pasta, and nodded. “I do! It looks... great?” His voice raised an octave, and he mentally face palmed himself.

Grabbing probably more blankets than he really needed, Lance came over and cocooned Keith in the layers.
“My little gimbap,” he said, chuckling when Keith made a face.
“Neo jeongmal mulyehaguna...” His face was sour, but Lance knew it wasn't serious from his tone. “You're lucky I love you so much.”
“Yeah,” Lance replied, his expression turning soft and he touched his forehead to Keith's, “I really am lucky...”

Or the small baggies of lemon balm, nettle, and hawthorn petals. Or the mortar and pestle. Or the amethyst bits. Or the stems and branches of pine, lavender, and rosemary. Or the tiny funnel. Or the thin chains. Or the roses with the bottoms removed.

“Uhm...” Keith blinks and tried to adjust the baggy material, looking in Lance’s bathroom mirror. “I don’t think this is gonna work, Lance,” He stated lamely.
But Lance simply replied from the other side of the door, “Don’t be so grumpy, mullet! I think I look great!” He chirped and waited for Keith to walk into his room.
Hesitantly, Keith opened the bathroom door and walked inside the bedroom, feeling unsure and a bit awkward.
The second Lance saw him he gasped and absolutely melted. “Holy quiznack! You’re SO cute!” Before running over to him and cupping his face that was partially covered by the hood.
Keith scoffed with a light blush and said, “I don’t think so.”

With a scoff, Keith carefully pushed Lance away with pink cheeks and murmured, “Shut up, Lance...” Before reaching for the food and opening it, revealing a perfectly cooked, mouthwatering sandwich with a side of boiled yuca con mojo that looked equally as tantalizing. “Now pick your show and eat,” His voice firm, but the way his eyes lingered on Lance did show that he was worried—he was his boyfriend after all.

Without hesitation, Keith started talking, “I’m... I’m sorry...” The words felt hard to say, but they were important to say them. He knows he’d want Lance to apologize if it was the other way around. “I shouldn’t have yelled at you... that was wrong of me. I also shouldn’t have accused you.” It was his habit to add a ‘but’ or excuse his behavior to avoid leaving himself accountable and vulnerable, but that was a behavior he broke a long time ago. “I’ll try my best not to do that again...” His voice was sincere and calm.
Lance listened to the apology, a smile spreading on his face. The hurt seemed to be going away and was replaced with forgiveness and satisfaction. “And I forgive you. I know there’s some stuff that was probably going through that silly mullet of yours,” He ruffled Keith’s black hair, and that made Keith crack a small smile.

Keith has NPD and is in remission for it, but accidently lashes out at Lance. Lance holds him accountable and they talk it out and cuddle afterwards.

Humming and shuffling a bit, already feeling out of breath from all the weight on his back, he spoke with uncertainty, “I’m--I’m not sure? I feel like cleaning. Like, I really need to clean,” Then he walked forward and opened their dresser drawer, starting to reorganize their clothes.
