Summary
A world not entirely different from our own. Faced with a generation of aimless young adults, the government established an agency to oversee and correct these wayward youth: the Minder's Bureau. Those irresponsible souls rendered into their care find themselves punished in humiliating and oftimes childish ways. This is for their own good, whether they like it or not.
