I don’t have— I don’t…” he huffed through his nose. “Heroes in the comics are all cool and charming and selfless and have their shit together. I'm none of those things. I’d be a shitty hero.”
Percy Jackson didn’t ask for superpowers; yet that’s exactly what the universe deigned to gift him. He’s not complaining. It’s about time his luck turned around— but when his city is in danger, when friends are lost, and the girl of his dreams insists on endangering herself, does he have the strength to stand against the coming storm?
