"Lan Zhan,” Wei Ying says, grabbing Wangji by the arm, sticking his body close once they’re in their penthouse. “Don’t be mad anymore, okay? We’re home now, and he really doesn’t matter.”
“Mn, not mad.”
Wei Ying looks up with a sceptical look, seeing how Wangji’s eyebrows are still slightly furrowed, and chuckles. Wangji glances down at the sound, eyes softening at the sight of his darling’s crinkled eyes and blinding smile.
“Lan Zhan! Aren’t the Lan supposed to never, ever, ever tell lies to their family? Why are you lying right now, hmm?”
Wangji glances away, “not lying. I could never be mad with Wei Ying.”
“You know that’s not what I mean, you big baby.”
