Summary
Tomura's entire world is a virtual game: the digital world of LORE. Populated with sentient AI and hosted from a mysterious, seemingly dead spacecraft, Lore has had no new player logins for over a century. Not until the ghost ship comes within range of a human space colony, the settled planet of New Earth. Suddenly Tomura's life goes from solo to multiplayer mode.
Touya hasn't played a virtual reality game since the Vanguard took power on New Earth. Leading the planet is a lot harder than leading his party, and the sudden appearance of an entire digital world raises that difficulty to maximum.
