    Tobirama injured Izuna, Hashirama healed him, Madara accepted peace, and everyone thought Tobirama was against the peace, including Hashirama. In the end, Tobirama just gave up trying to convince them. He left Konoha. Years later, Tobirama stumbles over an injured Madara. Against better judgment, he brings the Uchiha home to heal him back up, fully intending to wash his hands of the man as soon as Madara is well enough to go back to Konoha. Madara has other ideas though.
