Lex Luthor clones Superman after his death but when it's not going so well he gives some of his DNA to the cause and expects the result to be an exact copy of Superman with some of his features, he's surprised to find a toddler instead then Superman comes back and takes him to court where he easily wins full custody.

Bruce's life is going surprisingly well. The Batman is doing good and he's doing amazingly outside of the cape. He got himself a boyfriend and a son! But what will happen when that son finds out his secret and wants in on it, and then the Batman gets in a lot of trouble for endangering a kid. Even his boyfriend badmouths him. Well, the Batman. Which is him.. And even his closest friend Superman doesn't approve of his sidekick!

T'was the night before Tim's birthday and the bats were doing as they do at night, protecting Gotham's streets but they were also trying to secretly plan a birthday party behind the back of the family member who always seemed to spoil his own birthday surprise every year.
