It had been quite a week.
Two weeks, actually.
Anyway, the point was, getting to go all out against Grimmjow was the only thing keeping him sane most weeks. Lacking that, he was tense, irritable, and generally miserable to be around. Ichigo maintained that this was due to stress. Shiro said it was because he got sulky when he didn’t get to see his arrancar boyfriend.
Shiro was an asshole.
There was nothing like that going on with him and Grimmjow. Dating an arrancar? Honestly...
So by the time the next weekend rolled around, Ichigo was hanging onto his sanity by a thread and most of his friends were giving him a wide berth if they saw him at all. He didn’t like being this way but if he didn’t get to hit something soon, he was going to snap.
Which was the reason why he was so goddamn relieved to see Grimmjow that Saturday.
