Walking past an alley, Jiang Fengmian heard a small whimper followed by a soft cry.
He ran toward the sound and found the child huddled in the corner.
"A-Ying," he said in relief.
Wei Ying looked up, recognized the man in purple, and with tears in his eyes, lifted his little arms to the clan leader and cried out, "Shu Shu!"
He heard a menacing growl as he reached to hold the child and felt the energy change around them.
“Get your filthy Alpha hands off my grandchild!" The immortal roared in distress.
Without even turning around, Jiang Fengmian knew who it was.What if Wei Ying isn't rescued by his uncle Jiang but by his Grandmother the immortal Baoshan Sanren instead? How would his life turn out?
