Summary
Rumi is sexually frustrated thanks to her secret patterns. She has never taken a partner, ever, so she can keep them a secret. Well the other girls don't have the same setbacks and have taken each other... on the couch... in their shared living room. Years of build up and controlling herself all break down when Rumi accidentally ends up kissing Mira.
It will destroy their whole group, their relationship, everything. Rumi has to keep it a secret and Mira is willing to help.
But...
Mira knows damn well Zoey will be fine with her kissing Rumi. Rumi doesn't know that their relationship is an open one. She is only playing along to see what Rumi will do about this big secret and in the process she discovers another one. A much bigger secret that she refuses to tell them about, even though it might mean getting what she wants most... them.
To get that big secret out of Rumi, the two hatch an evil plan to use Rumi's sexual frustration as a crowbar to pry what it is out of her. They will only do what she lets them do, but not all of what she wants them to do.
Or- before the events of the movie, Zoey and Mira try to make Rumi reveal her secret through sex.

“Don’t hide,” Zoey whispers, mouth brushing her cheek, then her ear. “I wanna see you.”
She’s still wearing her tank top, loose and low-cut, riding up where Zoey pushed it earlier. There’s nothing underneath. Zoey leans back on her knees just to stare, dragging her fingers along the hem before slipping them underneath, up Rumi’s ribs, gentle and slow until Rumi arches with a soft gasp.
