Summary
Series re-write! Season 6 spoilers!
No one knows anyone else's secret identity except Marinette who knows everyone's except Chat Noir's. Marinette is the guardian, Monarch was defeated, Cerise has the butterfly miraculous. Chloe was grounded and moved to London. Sabrina, Ondine, Sublime, Socqueline, and Fei Wu are adopted into the friendship circle.
WARNING: Some characters are slightly out of character, especially Cerise. Since Season 6 is still airing and I have zero patience, I am changing things how I see fit. Chloe's getting a redemption arc, ships are getting canonized, and things are getting 18+ now that the cast is all 18 (in this fic). Full summary inside, first chapter is a notation of all the things changed in the story, the second chapter will be the prologue and the third chapter will technically be the first chapter.
They open a lounge cafe for the heroes to hide out at and gather. Ladybug decides to build an army of miraculers to fight off the mysterious new butterfly holder, unfortunately for her, the enemy has the exact same plan. World peace is coming, but not the peaceful way.

No Powers AU - Adrien's first day at school is ruined by Chloe putting gum on Marinette's seat and Marinette thinking he was acting maliciously. They never made up because the umbrella scene never happened. Adrien failed to work up the nerve to apologize or even explain the situation.
After months of Marinette giving him the could shoulder, Adrien confesses to Nino that he has a crush on Marinette. He feels cursed that he can't even be friends with her. That her way of standing up to Chloe, how she holds herself accountable, and how generous and honest she is has made him absolutely smitten with her, yet she won't even look him in the eyes.
Marc and Nathaniel win the school's contest to write the annual play put on by their school; the story is their Miraculous Ladybug and Chat Noir super hero manga. Alya comes up with devious scheme to get the two to make amends.
Marinette is cast as Ladybug and Adrien is cast as Chat Noir, except to keep the play's final reveal authentic, they don't let the audience or other cast know who the actress for Ladybug is or who the actor for Chat Noir is, not even each other. Now they're falling in love behind their masks on the Love Stage.

Made for Cat2010 for the August Fanfic Exchange in the Miraculous Fanworks Discord!
An akuma named Esperathy has the power to link soulmates together via telepathy, when Chat Noir is hit he is linked to Ladybug; finally proving to her that the goofy cat really is her supposed one true love. Unbeknownst to them, Chloe was also struck, linking her to a mystery girl that refuses to identify herself.
They thought the fight was over when the akuma was cleansed, but oh, it wasn't. The real fight is with one's self, that and the little voice of your nagging soulmate at the most awkward of times.
