Prepared by: Special Agent Dana ScullyAs part of routine clearance verifications for diplomatic households, I was assigned to conduct a secondary review of pre-screened personnel files associated with U.S. Ambassadors living abroad. Among these files were those of the domestic staff of Amb. Thaddeus Dowling.
Preliminary review of household staff flagged two personnel entries of note:
“Brother Francis” (gardener), listed with unverifiable education credentials and employment history referencing non-existent estates.
“Ashtoreth” (nanny), submitted without a full name, country of origin, or traceable professional references.
Visual identification suggests a possible connection to previous persons of interest associated with Case X-20080801 (St. Beryl’s Convent).
Further investigation authorized. Field interviews scheduled to be conducted concurrently in Washington, D.C. and Oxfordshire, UK.

Prepared by: Special Agent Dana ScullyIn response to a last-minute relocation of the birth plan for Mrs. Harriet Dowling, wife of the U.S. Amb. Thaddeus Dowling, Agents Mulder and Scully were dispatched to Tadfield, Oxfordshire, U.K., to verify the suitability and legitimacy of the new facility.
Upon arrival, the agents discovered that the birthing site was an unregistered convent (St. Beryl’s) operated by an organization identifying itself as the “Chattering Order” thereof. Preliminary observations suggest a nontraditional religious affiliation, with signs of occult symbolism present on the premises.
Additional anomalies included religious iconography inconsistent with Catholic doctrine, unexplained behavior among staff, and the presence of an unidentified individual of interest observed entering the facility under unclear circumstances.
Further investigation ongoing.
