Summary
An Azgeda-themed AU where Clarke is given a choice that's not a choice. Go to Azgeda and join their people as their new princess and save her people or leave them to die at Nia's command.
A story about learning to forgive both yourself and others, letting go of bias and learning to move forward.
Summaries are not a strong suit. This is the Clarke in Azgeda AU no one asked for and I wrote to keep myself entertained. I will update this summary later.

"Bellamy," she says, she can barely get it out.
But he hears her, because he turns around with a warm smile. He's happy to see me, Clarke thinks. Then she watches his expression shift into something resembling panic as she begins to fall.
He lunges for her, but he can't make it in time. Clarke hits the ground, but she doesn't even feel the impact. Bellamy is over her in a second, asking if she hit her head, holding up fingers. I didn't hit my head, she wants to say, and that's not how you check for a concussion, but there's no time.
All she can make out, as she feels Bellamy's arms around her, pulling up is, "Don't take me to medbay. Don't let anyone see."
"Clarke…" he says, and she knows he wants to fight her on this, but there isn't any time to fight.
"Promise me!" she says. "Promise!" and then she's out before she can hear the answer.
or, a post s2 canon-divergent AU in which clarke after returning to camp (of her own volition), realizes someone is poisoning her and there's only one person she trusts enough to help her find out who.

“Do I scare you?” she asked.
Bellamy swallowed.
Memories, unbidden, flashed across his vision. Clarke, nine days ago, wandering across the protruding rocks at the edge of the waterfall to pick some river moss, oblivious to the water gushing across her blue feet, to the fatal drop not three inches from her toes. Clarke, refusing to leave the operating table of the young soldier who had died, twice under her watch. Clarke, face red, screaming at him, eyes laser focused and mad.
“Do I?” her voice soft now.
He finally looked at her, found her searching eyes and locked onto them. The icy anchor that held him steady as much as it dragged him down.
“Yes.”
