Tomorrow night. Kreacher’s words throbbed inside his head. Regulus will die tomorrow night.
Sirius definitely wasn’t going to be getting any sleep at all this week.
Sirius thought he had cut all ties with his family, but when Kreacher shows up in his bedroom with a dire warning, he's hardly able to let his idiot little brother die. And when he learns about the Horcrux his brother was chasing, he's hardly about to let him take on Voldemort alone.
But getting tangled up in the House of Black again is not the best way to prove his innocence among an already-suspicious Order. Sirius has to walk a fine line if he wants to keep everyone he loves alive.

Summary
Moving to Austin, in a way, made things easier than TK expected. Having a support system that never faltered, that didn't know the depths of it but still supported him, was something TK never knew he craved until he moved.
A simple case wasn't supposed to be enough to knock it all down. He wasn't meant to be faltering just days before reaching 2 years. He wasn't supposed to. And yet, here he was.

Despite the immediate panic Simon can’t help but feel a little ridiculous at his own reaction. He curses himself, because didn't he promise himself a long time ago that no boy would ever get to make him feel like this?
It has just never occurred to him that his clingy, attention wanting, touch starved, love thirsty boyfriend needs space and time for himself sometimes. Especially after a night like yesterday.
Or: Wilhelm doesn't respond to any of Simon's attempt for contact the morning after they've had an argument and Simon thinks he might have screwed up their relationship when a phone call makes him aware of the fact that no one seems to know where Wilhelm is.
