Summary
This arrangement wasn't anything new for them.
Shirabu and Semi both had anger issues. Aggressive sex was the best way to resolve those issues. It was mutually beneficial and there were no lasting consequences.
At least, not until Shirabu makes the mistake of spending the night in Semi's bed.

Summary
"What is it?" Shirabu asks, nose wrinkled distastefully at the grey pelt Semi had handed to him. It's a cute, albeit petulant, expression, Semi thinks fondly.
"It's a gift," Semi explains. He'd killed the wolf himself during the last full moon - a vicious thing he'd happened upon in the woods while he was hunting deer. A wolf pelt was a far more impressive prize to present to his mate than deer hide. It felt like a sign.
Shirabu's face scrunches further. Semi knows this expression well, and he knows that Shirabu will attempt to mask the discomfort he feels with a biting remark.
"Is this some dumb wolf thing?"
Semi does the werewolf equivalent of proposing, all he has to do is wait for Shirabu to say yes.

Shoyo starts finding notes on his desk every morning and wonders who could be that dedicated to him.

'I like your hair.'
Shoyo furrowed his brow, staring down at the note.
“What's that?” Kageyama asked, leaning towards him. “You're looking at it like it's a ransom note.”
“It's nothing!” Shoyo squeaked, swatting him away, but Kageyama rolled his eyes and snatched the paper from his hands.
He stared at it, and then stared at Shoyo. Shoyo withered under his gaze.
Finally, he said, “Your hair’s a mess today.”
