Summary
You're going home. You can hardly believe it. There will be work, of course, but you get to work, you get to fix your world, you saw them, the lights of the Zernai, and now you are going home.
You've decided to take the long way, though. Maxwell is still a little injured.
He's coming with you. He- He had asked to come with you, sent Wealwell and Samwell back to Gath to handle the fallout, and then he'd gripped your golden heart in his hands and asked if you would let him accompany you home. He wished to see the world that made you, the people you belonged to, to provide… companionship.
Currently, he is sitting cross legged in bed, his gaze directed over to you. You realise, not for the first time, that he is beautiful, even now with his eye blacked and his lip split, slow healing.
“You can stretch your legs, you know,” he says, after minutes of silence. “You don't have to sit here and watch me.”
“I enjoy it,” you say, almost lacking fear. “I- I still count myself incredibly lucky to have you here.” It's an easy truth to admit, a test of your self-trust. It has been easier to trust your heart, lately, to take these leaps of faith. He has made it easier.

Summary
You stare out at the setting Zoodian sun, away from the rest of the crew, relishing the quiet. A voice sounds, “Maxwell.” It’s Torse, coming up behind you, steps loud. You turn to face him - you always turn to face him, turn back and look and see him, behind you, beside you, orbiting each other like the two halves of a binary star.
“Torse,” you say, heart somehow in your throat. You can feel every time he has touched you, phantom on your skin, his body across your shoulders, his hand on your back, his heart, bandaged tight to your knuckles. You’d taken it off after the fight. It’s in your pocket, now, warm and beautiful and his, more important than any other fact of its creation. It’s his. It’s yours, too, but it’s his. You run a thumb across one of the jagged edges.
Neither of you speak, for a moment. You look at him, instead, take in every detail of him, the scratches that want buffing out, the charred marks, the spots of Longspot’s blood, dusting every inch of him. His gaze, red and warm and direct at you, always at you, in every situation. His voice in your ears, ringing, my companion. My friend. The one I break bread with. The one seated at all of my tables.

Summary
“It is just a scratch,” says Torse, in response to Marya’s questioning look. In his defence, he will likely be fine. There are far more pressing matters at the moment than his own state of injury.
Maxwell wheels around, anyway. Torse is - beautiful, obviously, but also very beyond merely scratched. There is a sword wedged between his two lowest ribs, and whenever he speaks, his voice comes out warbled and pitchy, at times low and growling and at others the high pitched squeak of static.

Summary
On top of everything that had happened today, Maxwell just had to get hit with the fucking Zood Switcharoo. He'd been hit over the head with a club - from behind! - dropped in a freezing lake, and stabbed in a most ungentlemanly fashion. This had been what those in his industry called a ‘bad fucking day.’
He'd bandaged his wounds, after the fight, and limped off to find Torse. He is often limping off to find Torse. Or just walking to find him.
He likes Torse. So what? The clockwork man seems to share in his affections, at least enough to let Maxwell sit in silence with him on the aft deck, decompressing after a battle, pointing out various features of Zood as they pass them, or exchanging stories of their lives before their adventures on the Zephyr.
(Torse had called Hatwell an abominable man, once. Barely worthy of the Gotch name. Maxwell had damn near swooned.)

Summary
“Maxwell,” says Torse, voice lower than normal, rougher. “You are awake.”
Monty had given Maxwell something for the pain earlier, and it had had the rather awful side effect of knocking him out for a few… hours? Days? He wasn’t sure.
“I am,” Maxwell says, throat hoarse from disuse. His side hurts. Tender arcs of sensation, radiating out from the wound below his ribs, from where he’d taken that hit. Stupid, really, to have thrown himself in front of a goddamn metal man like that. Torse was infinitely more likely to survive than him.
And yet… he’d never have done anything else.

Summary
A monster of a man, they call you. A danger to himself and others. It would be easier to ignore, you think, if it weren't true.
"You're liable to get hurt, then, witch," you say.
"Oh, I don't think so," she replies. "I've always been good with animals."

Summary
Mo'tul Ironbreaker was a singular orc of singular taste. At least that’s what she liked to think. While her fellow green fleshed brothers and sisters preferred to empty their potent seed into the likes of elves and humans, Mo'tul preferred dwarves and halflings.

Summary
A slow-burn, fluffy, yet still angsty take on the Dovahkiin's relationship with Brynjolf! I wanted to write a fic I would love to read so here she is. Essentially, this will be not a retelling but a rephrasing of the Thieves Guild questline. The very much accomplished Dragonborn finds Brynjolf in the market place and decides to help him complete his 'errand.' He then offers her a spot in the guild, and out of boredom, she accepts. They soon become very close as Brynjolf begins to mentor her and help her hone her stealth abilities.
