Summary
"Okay, so we are never doing a con like that again," Quinn said, after a successful artifact retrieval.
The job had involved a three-week con with Quinn playing a mysterious crime boss and Eliot playing his violent enforcer.
"You don't think I played the role well?" Eliot asked. The job had gone off without a hitch and he, for one, thought they had both played their roles perfectly.
It was an easy space to slip into. It reminded him of how simple things were back in the military and the PMCs, where he could let someone else call all the shots. All he had to do was unleash his violence as directed and trust whoever was directing to take care of everything else.
Of course, with the PMCs, well. He'd learned the hard way never to trust himself to a corporation, no matter what patriotic values they may have been founded on.
With Quinn, though. Quinn had played the boss flawlessly--the man with a plan, to whom you could trust every aspect of your being.
"No, you were perfect," Quinn said. He paused, then added, "It was terrifying."

(AU where Eliot encountered Quinn fresh out of his PMCs, and they'd been working together on and off for years when Team Leverage called Quinn in.)

Summary
“You’re not supposed to be here.”
Nate turned to find a young man sitting on his cot, knees drawn up to his chest, and books scattered around the room in various stacks. Long hair fell in his face, bandages wound around his arms, and his eyes glassy but fixed on him.
“I’m filling in for Dr. Devin for the weekend, he won a last minute cruise. I’m Dr. Johanna.”
“You’re not a doctor.”
Nate raised an eyebrow. “Four years of medical school and I’m not a doctor. My mother would be so disappointed.”
“You never went to medical school,” the patient said with a hint of amusement.
“What makes you say that?”
“Your shoes,” the boy said.
Nate looked down. “…my shoes?”
“They’re not comfortable. The first lesson you learned in your residency after spending hours on your feet would be that you needed a decent pair of shoes to make it to the end of the day.”
The Leverage Team has handled everything from thieves, conmen, and even corrupt politicians but serial killers is a little out of their jurisdiction. At least, until they stumble across Dr. Spencer Reid while on a case. Reid’s been accused of thirteen murders, but something’s not adding up.

Summary
In which Eliot has a complicated relationship with relationships, Parker has a complicated relationship with feelings, and Hardison has a complicated relationship with expertise. A patchwork of missing scenes and added context that weaves the OT3 into canon.
On my second watch-through of OG Leverage, I hit The Boys' Night Out Job and suddenly shipped the OT3 super hard.
Was complete until Redemption came out. Thoroughly ficced my way through RS1, marked it complete again, even more thoroughly ficced my way through RS2! Marked it complete until some between-series ideas hit me, wrote those and then marked done. Opened it up for one multichap RS3 fic. Closed again. Beware the complete marker may again be removed

Summary
After getting shot in DC, Eliot could ditch Parker and Hardison and find somewhere to hole up and recover on his own for a while like he's used to doing. Instead, he tosses aside a crutch and accepts a bit of help. He gets a little more than he bargained for.
