Heroes and villains. It’s as cliche as it comes, and it’s always the same, the hero and villain fall for each other, and the villain must learn to be better for the hero. It’s funny and heartwarming and people love it. What happens though when the villain doesn’t get better? What happens when the hero gets *worse?*
Or, a story in which no one is truly good.
This fic is currently on hiatus as I rewrite these 2 chapters cause I didn’t like them. I also want to try and write more chapters before I start posting cause I’m horrible with consistency. Sorry!

Tommy had always dreamed of flying. The thought of having freedom seemed like an impossible thing, only seen in one’s dreams, and he loved every moment of it.
He was only 6 when he was forced into the foster system, where he learned his parents died to a fire. The foster care worker, Niki, had always said he was special, something weird in her expression he didn’t understand every time she told him.
