Summary
Ra's stole Tim's spleen and threw him out a window, so Tim retaliated by stealing every single asset in the league's possession and then blowing every major League of Shadow base in the world to smithereens, as one does.
Or cue the one where Tim gets his hands on all the league's material assets, and I mean ALL OF THEM.
Money, Weapons, Poisons, information, surveillance, Lazarus pits, magical artifacts, and of course the nuclear bombs that he found in the basement. All of which, now belonged to Tim.

Summary
“The Joker is dead. Batman is dead. One of those things is good and one is bad, but she’s not sure which is which right now.
There’s a child sitting on the floor between them, laughing hysterically. That’s an easy one—bad.”
Harley and Tim are the only survivors of Joker's plan to brainwash Robin. She does her best to pick up the pieces.

Summary
Apparently, Mr. Oz decided psychologically torturing a 15 year-old for six months was no longer "cool." And now Tim's paying the price for that, because instead of killing him like any good, self-respecting villain would, he's dropped him back on Earth with an apology and a snack.
Or,
It's been six months for Tim. It's been 10 years for Tim's family.
I'm sure it will all be fine.
