Draco Malfoy was less than enthusiastic about his 5th year at Hogwarts, given the drama which occurred at the end of his 4th year- and the rumours of a certain Dark Wizard returning. Nevertheless, it was just another year, right?
Until it wasn't.
Under Clause 5.6, Draco Malfoy is rehoused just two weeks before the new term, and what started as a confusing nondescript letter becomes his worst waking nightmare. He's put into Gryffindor. Now, he must navigate through his remaining years with a certain annoying Potter on his case, sending him into a whirlwind of problems as he "accidentally" co-founds Dumbledores Army, and finds himself slipping further into traitorism. His loyalties are tested.Series

A canon-divergence AU in which Draco gets a house change from Slytherin to Gryffindor in his fifth year at Hogwarts. I give a very brief and terrible explanation as to how that goes about.
What starts off as 'my father will hear about this' turns into 'oh shit if my father hears about this' and antics ensue. After yeeting on Professor Umbridge, Draco then proceeds to piss off the entire house of Slytherin, co-found Dumbledore's Army, and become a Gryffindor Chaser. He also may or may not have betrayed his whole family, become a spy for the Order, killed a Horcrux, and snogged Harry Potter.
You know, just the works.

When the man whom he has despised since the beginning orders him to take down the 'Phantom Thieves' in late May, all he wants is to finish the job and exact his revenge. He doesn't care how it's done, so long as it pushes him towards his goal.
That is- until he actually meets the Phantom Thieves.
Then it becomes a little more complicated than he initially planned./////
