Summary
August 11th, 2016. 10 years since the "accident" on NPP Epsilon of Tandor region. 10 years since Lucille has gone missing. And 10 long years since Vitor has lost his mother.
Today is Vitor's 13th birthday, and he's about to begin his Pokemon journey. But he won't start it alone - Theo, his long time friend, will join him in the journey. There are places to visit, wonders to discover, Pokemon to catch and, ultimately, become the best trainer there is, no matter how long it will take.
Little do they know of the dangers ahead, of the storm brewing on the horizon. Forces of darkness lurk in the shadows, and the future is dangerously uncertain. Will Vitor be able to keep himself and others safe? Will Theo be able to keep striving to be the best there is? Will they both be able to keep pushing forward no matter the setbacks? Or will they succumb to despair and failure?
Time will tell. Time will tell indeed.

Summary
Ever since the Chronosphere appeared in Kurov region in 1902, world has never been the same. The first and only interaction with Tiberium Timeline has irreversibly changed Pokerin, for better or worse. With Soviets reigning supreme over fourth of the planet and Pokemon League struggling for control, opportunities reveal themselves at each turn, to turn things around, or end it all.
With reality-altering technology in their hands, the very fate of the timeline is in their grasp. However, not all is sunshine and rainbows. Evil and depravity has not been rooted out, and had only became stronger over time. Forces of darkness reveal themselves left and right, and the future is still dangerously uncertain.
The very fabric of space-time is put under strain, as Chrono-Tech experimentation creates ripples in it, further amplified by Legendary beast activity and entities from beyond the overworld realm. It will not take long before widespread use of Chrono-Tech will inevitably cause temporal and spatial weirdness to manifest themselves. To create the first Mystery Dungeons. To lay the seeds for the deadliest conflict in all of Pokerin history.
