"Juuse! Come here! I have a surprise!"
Juuse pauses his game and heads into the foyer. Once he's there, he's brought up short when he sees Pekka holding a kitten.
"Um…"
"Isn't he adorable?" Pekka gushes as he scratches behind the kitten's ears. "I found him wandering around the neighborhood. I went around and asked but no one was missing a cat so I brought him home."
He proudly holds the kitten out for Juuse to take. "I named him Sebastian."

“I will! I just...I had something I wanted to ask you,” Juuse replies. His whole body seems to be vibrating, whether it’s from excitement or nervousness Pekka can’t tell. He sits up straight and gives Juuse his full attention.
“What is it, sweetheart?”
Juuse casts a quick glance around the locker room before scooting closer to Pekka. Leaning in, he says, “I want to make a pact.”
Pekka raises an eyebrow. “What kind of pact?”
Juuse ducks his head, trying to hide the flush beginning to stain his cheeks before saying, “If we win the Cup this year, I want us to officially come out as a couple.”

He feels the bed dip behind him followed by Mitch bouncing on the bed and shaking him. “Auston!!!” When Auston doesn't respond, he lays on top of his boyfriend and whines, “Come on! This is important!”
Auston growls and tries to buck Mitch off but Mitch refuses to budge. He glares at Mitch from over his shoulder. “This better be good, Mitch.”
“Oh, it is!” Mitch grins. “Now, come on! Get up or we're gonna miss it!” Without waiting for a response, Mitch practically skips out of the room. Auston briefly considers going back to bed but he knows that Mitch will come back and be even more obnoxious.
