Summary
Tommy's been alone for a while, and he's been fine with it. After losing Puffy, he doesn't need anyone.
But shit hits the fan when he finds two lost idiots arguing in an alley about a certain mission and casually mentioning the leader of the infamous group, The Syndicate.
From there he's dragged into a whirlwind he can't exactly control, and somewhere along the way he finds he doesn't want to be alone anymore.
Not that he has much of a choice. Once the Syndicate finds something they like, they don't tend to let go.

Although the detective still tried to hold his ground, Techno couldn’t help but smirk when the man flinched as another knock rang clear through the room.
Except this knock had more of a cracking sound than the others. As the interrogation room door fell forward, it occurred to Techno that it wasn’t knocking they had heard, but whoever was on the other side had broken the door off its hinges. Classy.
Behind the door were two teenagers. “Well.” The shorter of the two said casually. “That was easier than I thought it would be.”
OR. Techno was framed and Tubbo and Tommy want their credit back.

Summary
Something strange was going on. People all across Britain and the world are being found dead in their beds.
Wilbur just wanted a normal day and a normal morning routine with his six year old brother Tommy and absent mother. That changes the day the world went to shit, and the very mother, who he had hoped would recover from the depression of their father's death, is to be amongst the people found dead asleep.
And Phil just wants to help two kids with nowhere else to go.

“You’re a Hybrid,” Wilbur breathed shocked, giving the boy a curious look.
“Voice of Nature. Dickhead.” Tommy rolled his eyes as if Wilbur was the stupidest person on the planet.
All it took was to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. That one moment was undoubtedly enough for Nature to take hold, literally.
An unsuspecting soldier and his captain, + a couple of energetic teenagers, with a deep-rooted connection to their Mother Nature and multiple layers of trauma = the perfect setting for some kidnapping! Who would have thought?------

Mother Nature saw traumatised children and said ‘come here’ and now they’re just giving back the love but Wilbur wants none of it. -
