Summary
Tommy lives with his friends in a city full of superheroes and villains.
They're sick of the heroes there, tired of only hearing about how great they are despite the fact none of them do anything about the rampant crime problem. All of the state sanctioned 'heroes' are content staying in the better parts of the city and facing off against the same few people for the sake of a recognizable brand.
The vigilantes are almost as bad, most of them just wanna-be heroes, but at least they're doing the job they're supposed to.
What's a poor boy who can create lighting from his fingertips, a super-genius son of a supervillain, and a teleporting enderman hybrid meant to do in these circumstances?
Commit crime for profit, obviously.
