Derek was just the transporter. He didn't ask questions, he just did the job quickly and efficiently. He had transported his fair share of objects, from guns to drugs to money, but people, well they were more rare.
Derek wasn't sure of Stiles' fate, what he was being transported for. He wasn't sure why he was so calm about it either. That was part of asking no questions. He also wasn't sure if he could get him to his destination without getting killed, or without killing Stiles himself.
