Follow-up to "Seekers."
The crew of Enterprise find themselves in a strange (part of the?) galaxy, needing to make repairs. In finding the parts they need on a nearby planet, they encounter a slave boy unconscious in the quarters of Xanatos and decide to rescue him. The boy can't speak, but Riker decides to foster him, if only temporarily, and he makes friends with Wesley Crusher. If only the crew of the Enterprise knew what they were getting into...
