Summary
It's over.
Shadow is dead, Vaati and Ganon are defeated, and Princess Zelda is safe.
The Colours return the Four Sword and once again become Link.
Seconds later a portal opens beneath him.
Or: Four starts his LU quest immediately following the events of FSA. He and the Colours haven't figured out how to function as a single person again yet.

Summary
Mottled red claims every visible inch of Link's skin. His mouth is open and horrified, breath wheezing in desperate gasps she last heard the day he died. His eyes—his eyes are the hardest part, the sclerae pitch black, the irises chewed up by acidic yellow.
Neither of them move. Neither of them look away. Tears roll down her cheeks, just as gloom drips from his. And for the first time since Zelda woke at Lookout Landing, the world crystallizes around her.
She made it home, and home is barely recognizable.

Summary
No one - except Wind and Wild, the former of which was used to the humidity and the latter of which just didn't seem to care - was fond of the humid parts of Wild's lands, be it the hotter Faron Region, or the cooler Lanayru Wetlands where they were right now, but Legend had a special sort of distaste for it.
The humidity made him hurt.
And an oncoming storm was only going to make it worse.
AKA I inflict Legend with my chronic pain issues and hand Time some mild arthritis as a treat. Half the group gets to do some crazy climbing to shelter under a tower (RIP to those guys), and the rest of the gang gets to shelter under a shrine.

Summary
Legend had been traveling with the Chain for a while now, and of course they all got along. They shared a spirit, and they were practically brothers. They argued, they play-fought, they teased. Well, they did all that to each other, but not really to Legend, and he knew exactly why. It was because somehow, even the people who shared his soul didn't really understand him, and though he thought they knew that he cared about them just as much as they cared about each other, they didn't.
Alright, fine. If they couldn't see it for themselves, then he'd just have to show them exactly how much he cared, and he'd have to do it in ways they could understand. They didn't speak his language, but he was passable enough in each of theirs that he could say all he had to.
(Although, it was starting to get a little exhausting to keep bridging the gap with everyone else, going towards them but never having anyone to meet him where he was. It was tedious to keep bending over backwards and reaching out, and having no hand to catch his own. It was lonely, to have nobody understand him, not at all, and for him not to understand anyone but for them to all get each other so easily. He was tired. But he'd keep going for them.)Bookmarked by Hinatauryusen

Summary
What does it mean to be family? Legend sure as heck doesn't know, but maybe Wind can explain it to him. Provided, of course, that the two of them survive long enough for Wind to make his point.
That's... a surprisingly tall order, considering the individuals in question and the lives they lead.

This is the story of two young heroes and their struggles with goodbyes spoken, left unspoken, and those bound to come.
