Anakin was always immensely bright in the force and also bad at managing his emotions. But he was a knight now and it wasn't Obi-Wan's place anymore to tell him to release his feelings into the force gently instead of these bright flares Anakin kept sending out.
The Jedi council is not happy about the newest development in Master Obi-Wans and Knight Skywalkers relationship, but they are fighting a war and losing their two best generals isn't in their best interests.

OR: Sanji decides to use a glory hole to satisfy the last vestiges of his heat, which steamrolls into a whole thing. To be honest, he never thought about having a whole outing conversation about being a male omega on the ship. It never came up, sure, but it's not like he made a concerted effort to hide it! Enough of their enemies and Marines had made enough jabs at him that Sanji just... assumed they all knew and didn't care.
