Summary
Having rescued Jaskier's druid, Trava takes a moment to look in on Geralt who lies unconscious in his guest room. Finally, he has a chance to sit down and consider the witcher who won and then crushed his baby brother's heart. With no one awake to observe him, he allows himself to take a small trip down memory lane.
Life, he thinks, was a lot simpler before Jaskier was allowed out into the world unsupervised.
