"Tubbo is falling, but it's all wrong. Because instead of gliding down, he’s being ripped apart. And his vision is purple, the color of a nether portal, and he’s surrounded by purple, and the sky is not supposed to be purple.
He can feel himself being pulled apart, ripped into shreds, and it feels so wrong, yet it dosn’t hurt. His consciousness is tugged and pulled and scattered into millions of little particles, and the air- at least it should be air- around him is thick and syrupy and surrounds him like a net. The fabric of time and reality is folding around him, bending to fit his shape perfectly."

Or, Tubbo accidentally breaks reality and ends up on the Hermitcraft server, even though all he really wanted was to die. Surprisingly, people there seem to like him a little bit.

Summary
Dream was a lot of things. Smart, capable, cunning, he was infamous for his rising popularity in the competitive scene. But for those occupying his small, private server, one thing was certain. He was far from a good admin.
With his accidental tinkering, the server is riddled with flaws. Primarily surrounding the code surrounding his players, and how it can react to some deaths. Ghostbur was the not-so-living example of it.
When Dream shuts down the server temporarily for a bug-fix, Tommy and Tubbo are left stuck between servers, without communication, and cripplingly flawed self-preservation skills.Coincidence, luck, and a tampered-with portal leave the pair stuck with one of the most well-known groups; The Hermits. In a group as complex, diverse, and powerful as Hermitcraft, it doesn't take much for some things to begin to slip about the nature surrounding the mishandling of Dream SMP.

Tubbo lost his last life. However, instead of ending up in limbo, he wakes up in a strange new land with people he doesn't quite trust and an admin who reminds him way too much of Dream. How can he get out of here and back to the SMP? Tommy needs him! He doesn't have time to frolic around with these "hermits" despite how welcoming and comforting they are...
