He stumbles over rumors of a monster living in a cave close to a swamp, only seen as a white shadow at night. Even though nobody can confirm that it has attacked anyone, he heads there to make sure it doesn’t become a problem down the line.

Obi-Wan’s first thought when they stepped into the firehouse was simple.
It was wholly unfair that the Santa Claus sitting on a plush-looking chair in the middle of a makeshift Christmas picture area was clearly a firefighter to any adult in the building—a very, very attractive firefighter.
It was the first time in Obi-Wan’s life, including his childhood, that he’d ever contemplated sitting on Santa’s lap.
I'd always wondered what the fic would look like if I added Mij to the pairing, which led to adding the entire firehouse to it instead. Close enough.
