“Only a bit, Hyung,” Daesung sighs. "Aiyah, stop judging me."
“No,” Jiyong says flatly, and Daesung laughs.-
OR Daesung got cheated on, got drunk, and ended up at Jiyong’s apartment for some consolation.

The doorknob turns, and Daesung opens his eyes. Jiyong comes in slowly, silently, looking at him through his long eyelashes.
Daesung can hear his heartbeat pulsing in his ears. Jiyong closes the door behind him and locks it with a click, quietly, his eyes focused on Daesung’s. There’s a fire in his gaze, and something—something more dangerous. Something that turns into butterflies in Daesung’s stomach, and makes his hands start to sweat. Something that starts the heat in his body, simmering quietly, just from a single look.
“Hi, Angel,” he says. Daesung breathes in as slowly as he can manage.
“Hyung,” he answers.
Jiyong comes closer like a predator, a slow movement of his feet. He circles Daesung’s body, looking at him up and down, and stops right by his side.
“Hmm,” Jiyong glances pointedly at his bare feet. “Couldn’t wait for me to start, could you?”

Summary
In the wake of BIGBANG’s hiatus, Daesung learns that he won’t be left alone to wither away, no matter how much he wants to.
Daesung wakes up one morning in 2023 and realizes he doesn’t clearly remember the last four months of his life. What remains are fragments: headlines, silences, departures, and the absence of a family he once thought unshakable.There must have been goodbyes, but there’s only an empty space where any ritual should be.There is the time “before” everything fell apart, and the time “after”.
And in that “after”, Jiyong-hyung refuses to let him vanish. He refuses to let him slip away and holds him. Even if holding him means holding him down and tying him in place again and again, Jiyong will do it just to remind Daesung: he is still here, still alive.
Daesung wakes, and his universe is in color again. He hadn’t even realized he’d been seeing it in greyscale.
(or Daesung has been feeling depressed during their hiatus in 2023, and Jiyong is there for him)
