When Peter Parker gets up in the morning and falls out of a twin bed—not the king-size he and his wife are very fond of—with a suspiciously functional back, it doesn't take long to realize something is wrong. Finding himself in his bedroom from when he was a teenager explains simultaneously everything and nothing, and Peter, who at last check, was nearing a ripe twenty-eight, comes to the realization that he might be in a bit of a pickle.

A story in which the crack in the multiverse re-opens and an alternate version of Peter's father makes his way through, 'unfortunately' Dr. Strange was currently on a off world mission and they had to wait to send Dick back. During this time the two grow close and when Dick is supposed to say goodbye Peter can't help but feel like he's loosing a father again and Dick can't help but feel like he's abandoning his son in a world that hates him. Summary
After the multiverse mess with Doctor Strange, Peter Parker has been stuck in Gotham for months. There, he runs into Wanda Maximoff, a former Avenger from his world, who's also stranded.
They decide to stick together, finding an odd sort of comfort in their shared losses—Wanda, a mother without a child, and Peter, a child without a mother.
Things get tricky when Nightwing and other heroes try to get involved in Peter's life. They even say that his father in this universe wants to meet him. Peter's avoiding that, not wanting to dredge up old issues or put this version of his dad in danger because of his "Parker luck."
