Five falls out of a portal when his siblings are 14. He’s older than them (a twist on the usual). He’s determined to fix things. He wants to make sure that Ben survives and that the kids bust out of the weird bubble that Dad is raising them in.

But Klaus gets mad if anyone suggests that he should be capable of more – brings up memories of dear old Dad grumbling about his “lost potential”. So Five sets out to figure stuff out about everyone’s powers.

Three days before the Apocalypse, a Temps Commission worker fails to check in his briefcase. As a result, it is left on Earth when humanity is wiped out. Less than a year later, the briefcase is discovered by a lone time traveler and is used to make an unregistered trip back to the 24th March 2019.

“What happened?” He asked, still not turning around. People went to the hospital all the time for mundane things. It could be nothing. She didn't lead a dangerous life. She was probably fine.

If he had a dollar for every time someone had told him that he'd have a sizable fund to pay said help out of. He had always resisted. Stubborn pride, old fashioned ideas. Maybe just the thought of telling a stranger all his demons made him sick to his stomach. But if this was rock bottom, maybe it was time to try something new. "I know."
Pepper looked over at him, clearly surprised by the answer. Suspicious of it. “I’m drowning,” she said quietly. “Just trying to hold you together. I don’t have anyone holding me.”
That, out of everything the last couple of days, hurt the most. But it also gave him the strength to say, "I'll get help."
Tony gets a vacation, a shrink, and a new bromance.
