    Malik is an eagle that finds himself falling in love with a human. It seems like a stupid and hopeless situation until he finds a Djinn that makes a bet with him. The Djinn will turn him human and If he can get Altair to fall in love with him in a week then he can stay human and have one wish but if he can't then he has to serve the Djinn for the rest of his life.

    It should have been an easy bet.

Seeing Altaïr walk away seemingly unscathed and not even the slightest bit remorseful just fueled his anger further. But maybe, even after everything that happened in the temple, that's not the only thing there is.

    On the other hand, Altaïr tries and fails to understand himself and the situation that just seemed to be getting more complicated the more he knew while struggling to let old scars finally heal.
