    Harry hated Death's humor. Sure, there were occasional reincarnation cycles he might've been an animal, there were even some where he might've been a female. But he's never been a female animal whose communication skills are limited to that of his own species instead of human dialect. And god does Vic Hoskins ever shut up about using them as military killing machines. If only Owen would let them kill him.

    Throw human intelligence and empathy in a raptor body and put them in beta position and suddenly everything goes to chaos.

With memories of his old life returning and new ones in his dreams, Harry decided to say screw the Wizardry World. He would only stay for his third year because he knew he couldn't disappear just yet, and well, this was the year he got his godfather back and Remus came back into his life. But with memories guiding him elsewhere, Harry eventually settles in a small town in America called Mystic Falls that seemed far too familiar. When a new family suddenly arrives, his dreams and nightmares suddenly make more sense. He had a family, and being reborn considerably changed things it seems. Of course, this wouldn't worry him too much, that is, if he could figure out a way to stop writing in Viking script.
