  Summary

  Midoriya gets a quirk at the age of 13, but when realizes he can hide it, decides not to tell anyone. At the age of 14, he gets a better handle on it and ends up becoming an informant in the underground world. At 14 1/2 Eraserhead finds him and tries to fix what society has broken.

  Eraserhead also wants to know why this child is a pothead.
