Summary
Sunday, November 16th of 1809, 8 people broke the curse in Oakhurst and were finally able to leave. 200 years later, on November 16th of 2006, 4 of the 8 people return back to Oakhurst for their annual tradition of visiting the graves of their long gone friends.
Deep in one of those graves lies a secret, one that waited 200 years to rise once again. Things change a lot in 200 years, some more than others.
Or Scott goes back to Oakhurst and finds a very much alive Avid.

Summary
The shimmering antlers sit delicately on the pedestal, and he’s tempted to reach out and touch them, but something keeps his hands by his sides, remaining impassive as he studies the intricate metalwork. It looks as though it’s been ripped straight from a storybook and - if the tale he just read on the lectern, and the one from his early childhood, is to be believed - it pretty much is.

“Right. Of course.” Pyro’s hands clasped in front of himself and he wrung them anxiously. “H-he wants to see me?”
“I was sent specifically to get you,” Owen intoned. “So I would say so, yes.”

“What do we do?” Martyn whispered, eyeing the decayed door with horror. It was truly the only thing keeping the vampire lord outside at bay.
“I don’t know!” Cleo paced wildly, one hand clutching at their hair. “We have minutes at most. If he breaks down that door or—or the ceiling or something—”
“Then we’re fucked.” Martyn’s lips pressed into a thin line.

After spending some time harassing John Bishop's successor, keeping her from progressing with interdimensional experiments, a message is sent to Raphael (03) claiming that Agent Augustine has custody of his three brothers. Except Don is there watching the video message with him, and only one of the three mutant turtles shown on screen are related to them.
(Summaries suck, this is a TMNT 2003 and ROTMNT crossover where faulty science grabbed the Rise siblings and brought them to the 2003 verse. Now the 2003 brothers have to rescue 2 of the Rise brothers, then find the remaining 3 siblings after. Augustine is a plot device villain OC. She's not given much focus.)
