She almost doesn’t hear the actual answer. “And though I have no doubt a thousand people have given this answer before, I did nothing. I was doing my job, and then I was here. No trial. No sentencing. No crime to speak of.”

Summary
Shinobu fell asleep at her office - she does a lot lately, ever since she attained Pillarhood. She had always been a hard worker, but these recent days she must work in something that has made her lock herself in the office for days except for dinnertime. Kanao covers Shinobu with one of the blankets she brought from her dorms as she puts the sword to the side -- careful so it doesn’t fall, Kanao doesn’t think she can explain, and Shinobu, who got angry when Kanao and Aoi played with wooden swords, would most likely be so angry that is beyond any imagination.
Or maybe she wouldn’t react, Shinobu does no longer get angry anymore.
When she allows herself to think about it, she thinks she misses the old Shinobu a lot.
Or, Shinobu and Kanao, through each other's eyes.

After eating, when Luz is helping wash Raine the plates and utensils because for some reason they won’t wash themselves. Raine asks:
“Luz, lets say that I have a way for you to do magic again, would you like to try it?”
Luz drops Eda’s bad girl coven mug, which is save by Raine’s sleazy levitating spell, and squeeks.
Jumping up and down, she says: “Of course you bard! Is it one of those get-strong potions Eda says to never try? Maybe an hiding piece of jewelry we need someone’s kidney for?”
“Actually, is so much simpler. Do you like dancing?”
“Are you kidding. I love dancing.”-Or Raine shows Luz how to do magic again-
