Summary
(This is a rough rough draft, please excuse any poor plot points or conversations. I plan to revise this at a later date and improve it!)
Loki can only recall one friend his entire existence, her name was Amora. She was as powerful as she was ambitious and she made him feel wanted among the many warriors that flooded Asgard's hall. The shadows didn't seem as large with her around, but one day, she vanished. Loki never knew why or how but all he knew was that he was alone once more.
Fast forward about a thousand (give or take) years later and Loki is captured by the TVA, an organization that monitors the proper flow of time. Agent Mobius needs Loki's help in capturing a fugitive that has been disrupting the flow of time.
That fugitive...is Amora. -

Summary
The events of the Trojan War are shrouded in myth and mystery. Did it really happen? Who were the actual players? At least...that's what the mortals of Midgard think.
In reality, the Trojan War wasn't supposed to happen, it just accidentally happened. How was Amora supposed to know that marrying the future King of Sparta, becoming the illustrious Helen of Sparta, running off with Prince Paris of Troy, and meddling in the affairs of mortals would be documented and spread throughout history? Amora can tell herself that it wasn't a way to get back at Odin for forcing Loki into an arranged marriage. She can also tell herself that she isn't in love with Loki. Both would be lies. But it seems as though Amora wasn't the only Asgardian to involve themselves in the affairs of the Ancient Greeks... -

Summary
After being banished from Asgard, Loki and Amora are stranded in New York City, luckily for the two of them, Loki has a brownstone for just this situation. Fast forward four years and the two have since put their difference aside and have developed a rather intimate relationship, but like any relationship, problems arise and the two must find a way to work through them.
But the real question remains.
Do they even truly love each other?
