Summary
“You smell of another dragon.” The man before him says, and Tartaglia would’ve thought it impossible if he hadn’t just heard, but Zhongli’s voice is much deeper than before, with an emotion tinged to it that Tartaglia couldn’t even begin to decipher. Because those rich earthy honey and gold eyes are staring him down and his pupils are slitted.
“I- what?” Tartaglia asks eloquently, his mind racing as Zhongli continues nuzzling his nose against Tartaglia’s ear and neck, lips brushing against his pulse.
“Another dragon,” The other says like it’s an explanation, and Tartaglia’s mouth is open to chastise the man for not giving him an actual answer, but the words morph on his tongue into a verbal gasp as warm wetness is pressed against the space right under his ear. The other man is lapping at his pulse with the flat of his tongue and suddenly Tartaglia’s body is on fire. There’s another growl that rattles Tartaglia’s teeth even as the man pulls away.
“Why do you smell of him?” And Tartaglia would love to give the other an answer, but he’s absolutely certain he’s completely lost the plot.
