In the back of Andrew’s mind, he already knew the identity of the serial killer Nathaniel Wesiniski. It was impossible to not know. But he didn’t want to. He couldn’t.
It couldn’t be true.
But of course, it was.
Because Neil Josten was too perfect to be innocent.
(Little side note, some things about the characters are different; Aaron, Andrew, and Neil's heights have been changed to ones that are more realistic for their personalities lol, Andrew has grown out of his hatred for people as well as his inability to be touched {he is still sensitive about it, but he is okay with Neil feeling him up}, actually since this is a time skip, a lot of the characters are older and they have grown out of a few things. Just felt that adding this little note was a good idea!)

Summary

Summary
Neil Josten lifted his hat and wiped the sweat from his brow. The Texas sun was relentless against his skin, thoroughly drenching his body in sweat. As usual, the ducks were chattering in the pond, and the ranch was calm. However, Neil couldn’t shake the feeling that something different was going to happen today. Something that may lead to his farm being just a bit crazier.

Summary
Two months ago, the United States was introduced to a new virus. It destroys people’s intelligence and pain sensitivity, making them extremely violent and perpetually hungry. The virus seems to spread through bodily fluids but has an impossibly short incubation period; one bite is a death sentence. The government has all but disappeared and the States are a wasteland. Survivors are few and far between.

Summary
Neil hasn’t had the chance to examine the feeling of fear in a long time. He’s all too familiar with it though; from the nightmares, to the memories of a cold basement floor, he knows the feeling like the back of his hand.
But this fear is new, loaded with ridiculousness and a complete lack of reason. It’s nothing more than pixels on a screen, far away theories that can’t hurt him like his past can.
Maybe that’s why he’s beginning to not mind it as much. It doesn’t hurt that Andrew is also there to hold him through it.

Basic Package: Fuck you. A general statement of displeasure and a brief description of the wrongdoing.
Intermediate Package: Fuck you, with passion. Everything in the basic package, but with additional insults. Customizable for an extra fee.
Deluxe Package: Fuck you to hell. Everything from the first two packages, for an extended period of time, and with extra viciousness.
And it looks like Andrew Minyard is the unlucky soul today.

Summary
Andrew hates waterparks, so there’s no real reason he should be climbing up this hill to ride one of the poorly built waterslides on a scorching hot day.
Somewhere from above, he hears the shrill noise of a lifeguard whistle, and a shiver runs down his spine that has nothing to do with the water dripping off of him. His grip tightens around the inner tube he has slung over his shoulder, the sticky latex trying to become one with his sunburnt skin.
There just had to be a cute lifeguard…

“I’m the rich dad!” one of the patrons—a girl, sunglasses pushing her blonde hair out of her face, tight clothes—shouted to Nicky.
“I’m the bitch son!” a voice called from the kitchen. Everyone except Neil laughed.

A fic with no exy, so Neil doesn’t have anything to hold onto when he’s finally too tired to keep running. He stumbles across a town so hidden from anything important that Neil thinks maybe he could stay a while and be safe, but as much as Neil just wants to lie down and sleep, the town and its inhabitants won’t let him do anything except live.
[do not need to be familiar with Schitt’s Creek to enjoy this fic; it only shares the name of the town and its vibe]
