Summary
Till liked to think of himself as just an average teenager.
Sure, his dad called him a failure with no future. His teachers said he was “a handful.” And his friends—the few he had around—tended to describe him as “an acquired taste.”
But Till drifted through life without much concern for what anyone thought of him.
Until one morning, everything changed.
He woke up to find strange, colorful numbers floating above people’s heads—like digital halos. It was disorienting enough on its own, but the real shock?
The number hovering above his friend—and occasional nemesis—Ivan.
It was at 100%. And it was… pink?
What did these numbers mean? Why couldn’t he stop seeing them?
And seriously, why was Ivan’s pink—and at full capacity?!

Ivan, for his part, was intrigued.
Why had the boy he’d quietly obsessed over for years suddenly gone shy? Why wouldn’t Till look him in the eye? Was he… blushing?
Not that Ivan was complaining, of course.

Summary
Even the moments in which Till walked up to him and pushed his face into Ivan’s chest until his collar stopped flashing red or until Ivan took it off entirely—even those moments overflowed the small container that was inside his ribs. Their whole relationship was based on the laws of action and reaction. If Ivan had not performed an action of equal value, then receiving such a reaction seemed improbable.
A Till who came to him of his own will was a Till Ivan could not stand at all.
(Or: When it comes to Till, all of Ivan's survival and negotiation skills are somewhat rendered useless)
