Summary
Ahead, almost hidden by the thick undergrowth that seemed to blanket nearly all of this section of the woods, Link caught a glimpse of gold. He came to a halt, fore paw held slightly aloft, ears forward. At the same moment, the pull ceased, leaving a strange emptiness in its place. The scent of blood remained, overpowering now in its intensity. Moments passed before his concern got the better of him and he stepped forward.
He moved silently, soft paws making no sound against the dirt and grass he walked upon, branches and brambles sliding unnoticed along his coarse fur as he advanced. More of what he now recognised as armour came into view, the curves and angles resolving themselves into the shape of a pauldron, and again Link found himself ground to a halt. He knew that pauldron, recognised the form, the structure of the metalwork. He could have described the patterns etched into it from memory. Had he been led to a grave, of all things?(The gang meets, starting with Time and Twilight and told from Twi's perspective :) I'll add more tags as we go?)

Summary
If there was one thing Wild knew about cuccos, it was that they were bloodthirsty, murderous beasts. For the most part, it seemed that the Links were in agreement. Time had joked that it was a cucco that took his eye. Warriors told tales of squads of cuccos taking down armies of monsters near single handed. They were monsters, spoken of with the fear and respect they deserved, and all of them had a first-hand story of at least one close call. Except for Sky. And that made sense, with how bird-mad the man was- that was something Wild could accept. Besides, cuccos as the rest of them knew them didn't exist in Sky's time. What Wild didn't understand was why Twilight also seemed to lack the appropriate level of awe that one should hold when interacting with forces more powerful than one could comprehend.
(Or Twilight shows off that one mechanic in Twilight Princess that nobody talks about)

Summary
The walls are closing in around Cinder, a griffin chased from his home by an army of other monsters demanding fealty or death and not much caring which they take. There is no one to turn to- no other clans of monster who would help, no gods who will listen to his prayers. His last chance is the demigods of Camp Half Blood- his fate is in their hands.
(This story is almost 10 years old (it's originally from 2013 oh god) and went through a big rewrite in 2018! I'm afraid to say it's slow going, but I've recently picked it back up again so there should be new updates hopefully for a while? Characters from Percy Jackson will most likely not be showing up very often, and it's unlikely I'll delve into any romance. You've been warned!)
(It's never a good sign when there's two notes haha- currently rewriting the earlier chapters because they make me cringe right now :)))
