Airplane tries to avert the plot by making sure that both Liu Qingge and Shen Qingqiu miss the pivotal moment when Luo Binghe joins the sect.
It causes a lot of problems, spawns another transmigrator, sets off a plot that wasn't supposed to trigger for decades, diverts a plot that was supposed to trigger now, and overall is a much better outcome for everyone involved.

Summary
5 times Narumi’s convinced he’s dying + 1 time he decides it would be fine
Hoshina’s an enigma in Narumi’s life—relentless, infuriating, impossible to ignore. He bothers Narumi at every turn, making every afternoon, every stolen moment feel like a test of patience. And yet, Narumi keeps showing up, spending his noons after school trailing after Hoshina, poking, teasing, and… somehow staying.
Their moments, though brief at first, grow longer, warmer, heavier. Hoshina’s presence is suffocating and intoxicating all at once, leaving Narumi caught somewhere between wanting to escape and never wanting to let go.
And for once, maybe, Narumi decides it would be fine—because some things, some people, are worth every breathless, maddening second.

A picture of them goes viral on Twitter.
At first glance the photo is nothing worth flagellating over. If it was taken ten seconds earlier it would’ve featured a pretty steamy kiss, but as things are it’s just a picture of Hoshina, his back to the camera, carefully draping his coat over Narumi’s shoulders.
That’s not the problem. The problem is Narumi’s face: completely, utterly, 100% whipped. Hopelessly besotted. Genuinely embarrassing to look at.
The PR department is a little irked. Narumi is a little irked too, albeit for very different reasons.
