    "Wha-" he follows her gaze and spots the cut as well, eyes widening, “oh fuck.” 

    He involuntarily flexes his arm and winces, Ochako can't help but cringe as they watch the wound split back open, cracking the dry blood seal that had it glued together. It's moderately deep, stitches aren't out of the question.
